Please Schedule Responsibly. Your Appointment Time Matters
Your first visit is a dedicated 60-minute, one-on-one appointment with our doctor. During this time, we perform a comprehensive orthopedic, neurological, and functional examination to fully understand what’s going on; not just treat symptoms. If necessary, we also have on-site X-ray imaging available and will review those findings with you during the same visit so you leave with clarity and direction.
We intentionally reserve the full hour because getting the diagnosis right takes time. We don’t rush our patients. We listen carefully, evaluate thoroughly, and design care that is specific to your needs. This office is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Because of this, appointment times are limited and highly valuable; not only to our office, but to other patients in our community who are actively seeking care. When a scheduled visit is missed, that time cannot be recovered and prevents someone else from receiving the help they need.
We ask that you only book this appointment if you are fully committed to attending. We also understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. If something changes and you’re unable to make the appointment time that you select, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer that time to another patient in need.
Thank you for respecting your time, our time, and the care we provide. We look forward to serving you.
