The most basic and vital of these areas includes the use of a local and properly prepared

have an amazing community of local farmers in this area and can suggest quite a few ways to
make receiving this quality nutrition become a reality. She teaches how nutritious and healthy
food tastes amazing and can be accommodated into any dietary plan.

person is unique and requires a specific plan to achieve their wellness goals. She takes the
whole person into account and utilizes coaching techniques to allow her clients to be the best
versions of themselves possible.

Angela spends a lot of her time in the kitchen constructing everything from the super simple to
the complex. She has a lot of tips and tricks up her sleeve when it comes to food preparation
to make a seemingly daunting task feel like a walk in the park. She inspires everyone she
meets to get back into the kitchen to cook up some amazing and nourishing eats!
In her spare time she loves to be outside, usually with her dog Axel on a hiking trail
somewhere. Her passion lies in the outdoors and she loves to integrate the lessons she learns
from nature into her work.
